OoTD - 4/30 & 5/2

 I have been forced back inside because of the wind.  I didn't want to take a chance of my camera getting knocked over and ending up in Nebraska.  I really like this little jacket.  The pattern is so bright and unusual.

It really wasn't that cold out today, but I have a sore throat so I'm wearing a scarf in hopes that it won't get worse.  I'm also slamming down the Vitamin C and drinking fizzy water with Emergen-C.  Have you found anything that works to keep a cold at bay?

 I like the pattern on this top too.  It has a faded look to it with orange, brown, and muted lime green.

    You know, you're the only person I know that likes Victoria Secret pants and I just figured out why: you're supermodel tall. No one else I know is. No wonder their pants fit you! I like your peep toe red shoes and poppy top, too. Those are enviable. The weather here is pathetic. On Monday it was so windy it pushed around my parked car with me in it and I thought we were having an earthquake. I've been cold every day this week! Good luck with your cold, I have no idea how to keep it at bay. A gallon of chamomile tea with honey? That helped me on my third round of it...

    You're funny, but I do like VS because they have pants with standard lengths of 34" and 36". I need the 36" if I'm wearing heels. I think we are getting your crummy weather a day or two later. We've had overcast skies, intermittent rain, and tons of wind. My cold is here, so I'm going to lay low for a few days. I haven't had a cold in ages, so I guess I'm due.

    i also like the red poppy jacket, & print of the blouse with the orange, olive green, & brown. the only way to NOT get a cold is to NOT be around sick people. ;) yeah, like that's gonna happen, right?
