I'm really into monochromatic dressing right now and I don't think it's laziness. I like to take the same color or shades of it and mix different textures together. Underneath this sweater coat, I was wearing a lace top, but it didn't occur to me to open up the coat and show that too. So I had lace, knit, corduroy, and suede.
My Play Pleat boot from Aerosoles. I like the wrinkles on the top of the boot - kind of like an elephant foot.
I was going to work, so I put on my vintage Loring mohair & wool coat that I got from my mother-in-law. The size label says it's a 6. No way! Closer to a 16 than a 6. I'm also wearing my fingerless gloves from H&M and an alpaca scarf that was a present to my husband that I glommed onto. The gloves are not very practical when it's so cold out, but they're cool so I wear them anyways.
